What to Do in Sherwood Park
Sherwood Park is located just outside the eastern boundary of Edmonton. Though designated a hamlet, it is Alberta’s seventh-largest municipality. Primarily residential, Sherwood Park offers typical suburban amenities such as restaurants, shops, and fitness and recreation facilities. At the heart of the community is Centre in the Park, a multiuse recreational area featuring a scenic walkway. The path links a central plaza area with Festival Place, a performing arts venue at 100 Festival Way, and Sherwood Park’s Heritage Trail System.
