- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Specialized infant seats are available

- Bring a warm sweater. Sometimes it's windy and cold
- Shared tour. Each vehicle will have a maximum of 8 people.
- Van or Car tour depending on the number of people in the group.
- Within the palaces the guide can guide up to two groups (max. 16 people)
- Take an umbrella. Sometimes it rains even in summer.
- 24, 25, 31 December and 1 January the Palace of Pena and the Quinta da Regaleira will be closed.
- In cases where the Palacio da Pena or the Quinta da Regaleira are closed due to natural events (such as storms or fire risk), other alternate places will be visited, such as the National Palace of Sintra and the Palace of Queluz. The tour will not be cancelled in these situations
- The guide may need to speak more than one language during the tour
- This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants. If you cancel due to failure to comply with this number, a new date or full refund will be presented.
