Overview
Enjoy a journey of forest immersion that will soothe the senses and invigorate the body and soul. First we will drive up through the 5 ecosystems of the Santa Catalina Mountains. We will walk together to a location that will lend itself to our meditation and breathwork. Our focus and observations will carry into functional applications beyond the day's bathing. Afterwards, we will return to Le Buzz Cafe at the base of Mt. Lemmon Highway.
