The hotel was clean and comfortable. During the check-in process, staff should inform the guests that there will be no room cleaning or fresh towels unless requested. Trash cans were never emptied. We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels. The red haired lady at the front desk in the am seemed bothered that I asked for our room to be cleaned. Which by the way, was never done. Probably won't stay here again.
