Comfortable bed and efficient A/C. Unfortunately,, an outdated, dirty room. Cockroach and small lizard in bathroom on first day. Moldy shower walls.

the hotel had bugs and the wifi didn't work
door key did not work\ no food for bf at 730/ no smoke detector/
The room was very clean - which to me is most important, but in desperate need of remodeling or at least some minor repairs and fresh paint. No issues with a/c, TV, lighting, etc. Except for one person (manager?), staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was quite nice with many options for food and beverage. It was also well stocked, frequently replenished, and the whole lobby area was well-kept.
