Rooms were modern & clean, however our bathroom sink was a little slow to drain, and the toilet paper holder was loose. Minor details, but things I expect to be maintained. Location is great. Parking under motel is extra, but worth it to us since rain was expected when we going out for a side trip. We needed to leave our car past check out and they were very accommodating with no extra charge. I should mention they needed my reservation number to find our reservation when we arrived as they could not find using my name.
