The hotel is nice and so is the front desk and shuttle. Maintenance needs an upgrade because so many things were broken and did not work in both the main areas of the hotel and our room. We booked late and we’re stuck in a handicapped room and I don’t think it was very handicap friendly. The shower sprayer holder was broken and would not hold the shower sprayer up, so when I showered it was a battle, which I lost! Water was all over the bathroom floor and ran out under the bathroom door into the room. Some of the lights and outlets didn’t work.
