Room was suppossed to be ready at 3pm. Not ready until after 4:15 pm. Breakfast not included. And bought a breakfast that was tasteless. Should have gone to one of the many restaurants in the area.

The hotel is really in poor condition and it is not clean. The restaurant is really a bar with a few food options that seem like they were heat & serve not prepared in a restaurant. The 2nd day there was only one elevator working. We were on the 23rd floor so there was a long wait trying to get up and down. This hotel needs a remodel. Hilton needs to up their game on hotels with their on it even if it’s a franchise. This is our 2nd bad experience this year with a Hilton brand.
