Room was ok - no drawers for storage, reserved a 1 bed room, got a different setup, no information available in room on tv use or food availability. Breakfast was excellent

The parking garage is the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. Customers from the restaurant use the garage. I witnessed an older gentleman trying to park next to me hit the wall of the garage. He told me he was going to the restaurant. I thought the garage was solely for the hotel guests.

The hotel staff were rude. The fire hose in the hallway was broken. The lock on the room door was broken. The room was clean but was overly scented with too much air freshener. There were no places to eat nearby. The parking garage was poorly lit. The hotel elevator was dirty. Awful experience.
