Hotel Pur Quebec transferred reservations to another hotel one week prior to arriving. New hotel Le Bonne Entante located east of Quebec, increased travel time and costs for sightseeing locations west of Quebec. Level of accommodations provided by replacement hotel were less than offered at original hotel destination. When asked for another room matching the standards originally booked, replacement hotel informed no rooms were available as they were fully booked. Two breakfasts which were originally included each day at Hotel Pur Quebec, were not included with Le Bonne Entante requiring further discussions with management to resolve.
