Thank you for your 4-star review!
The room was next to a slamming door and there was traffic in and out all night. We secured a different room for the next night. The toilet did was clogged. We informed the hotel staff and they sent staff to address it. It was not fixed. We informed the hotel staff again. It still was not fixed. We had to use the restroom in the lobby.
