This was our first stay. The staff was good, except they had trouble checking us in. Then at checkout I was told I hadn't paid, even though I had two charges pending on my credit card. They cleared that up. Our room was clean, but the first and last day our water would only get to warm, not hot. I planned on sleeping in on the last day, but unfortunately was woken up at a little after 6am by a Sysco truck making a delivery outside my window. The desk said it should have been delivered to the back. Lastly, my husband was not impressed with the poor quality of the TV picture. On a positive, the breakfast was good and the staff was polite.
