This was not a clean hotel. the hallway rug needs to be change ASAP. The room where just ok.

The staff were all VERY pleasant. The room was large, clean, and well furnished except for having a reading lamp on only one side of the bed. The bed and pillows were comfy. The hot water worked fine and the shower worked very well (wonderful shower head and easy controls). Towels were great -- just the right thickness, and exceptionally "thirsty." (I asked the manager about them later.) On the down side, the heater fan was noisy if set to high, and during the night something like a large truck idled next to our window for about 15 minutes which woke me up. Note: This is for room 115. My sister-in-law stayed in 113 and our names are identical. However, in your records her last name is misspelled.
