The room in which we stayed was not a four-star facility. It operated like an Airbnb, the knob in the shower was broken, and when we ran out of toilet paper there was none to call for immediate assistance. The room was dated and needed professional cleaning and did not represent the photos of the Ala Moana, viewed on Google. Staying at the Ala Moana tower, we were treated like second-class guests.
