Many concerns Too little positives Food was great but service slow though not for lack of trying. Lost a big but I found it by accident without a tag on it. No explanation. Had to cancel an excursion due to a late bus and incredible traffic in Halifax. Hour and a half out and the passengers mutinied. We were still at least an hour from our destination. No problem with refund but missed an opportunity Could not hear announcements TV communication was sorely lacking. Not worth the money spent.

Pros: great room-spacious mini suite, great food and top entertainment Cons: Always crowded elevators packed to capacity, terrible smoke smell coming from the casino on deck 6 lobby area (they should not allow indoor smoking), the 2 main pools were packed with kids on this cruise, no indoor pool for adults like on Celebrity edge class ships, very long lines for everything. The buffet was mismanaged, not enough food put out, the food was cold and we had to fight for a place to sit (We are through with buffets). They should keep the dining rooms open for breakfast and lunch. Despite the above, we had a great time.

This was my 2nd cruise (last one was 23 yrs ago) and my husband's first. I've wanted to go on a cruise for years but husband has been hesitant. Now after experiencing his first cruise he is looking forward to another! This cruise was what we were looking for, relaxing and not too many stops. We didn't do any excursions, pretty much chilled at either the retreat pool or wake pool and snoozed or read and people watched. We're not sun worshipers so finding a spot out of the sun was a bit of a challenge. One criticism would be that the level above the retreat pool could have had more and better areas with real shade. What was there was a open gazebo type cover, not complete shade. Other than that, with the exception of the very high temps and humidity (know that can't be helped), there is nothing we would have changed. MDR dinning room meals and service were excellent. We ate at The Catch by Rudi's one night-superb! Went to Gigi's for lunch one day, very good pizza! Rest of time ate attend Market Place (buffet) for breakfast and lunch that had great selections to choose from. Looking forward to another cruise!
