Campground Overview
The Castroville Regional Park is located in the beautiful town of Castroville and is a great place for an authentic southern vacation. Onsite, travelers may expect tons of group fun at the tennis court, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball court and plenty of fishing, canoeing, kayaking and boating on the nearby Medina River. Campers may look forward to a number of local attractions such as golf at the Alsatian Golf Club, Castroville Historic Walking Tour, Castroville Regional Park and the St. Louis Catholic Church. Other visitor favorites include the Vine on the Rocks Winery, Shooting Star Museum and Paradise Canyon which is perfect for hiking, biking, climbing, swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking with plenty of great local eateries and historic sites to enjoy. Amenities offered include tent camping, pool access, big rig access, pull thrus, water, sewerage and WiFi. Whether its for a short and or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!

Rules
Washing RVs
Washing vehicles is not permitted. Check with the host about our rig washing policy.
Registered Guests
There is a $15.00 “dump fee” for anyone who is not a registered guest in our RV Park.
Fire Regulations
Fireworks are not permitted and campfires are not permitted.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. No loud disturbances or loud music after 10:00 pm.
RV and RV Site Requirements
All RVs must be in good repair with current registration. There is a limit of two (2) motorized vehicles in addition to the recreational vehicle. Maximum stay is two (2) weeks for “pop-ups” or other type of camper that is not self contained. Self-contained is defined as having full kitchen and bathroom facilities, including holding tanks. “Drop-offs” are not allowed. Tow vehicles must be available. A rubber sewer gasket or other appropriate seal is required for all sewer hook-ups to prevent escaping odors or liquids. Grey water discharge on the ground is not permitted. We have HIGH water pressure. A pressure regulator at the spigot is recommended. Individual clotheslines are not permitted. There is a community clothesline next to the bathhouse. It will be each guest’s responsibility to maintain a neat and clean site. Extra refrigerators and/or freezers not permitted outside R.V.
Children
Children are not allowed in the Rec. Hall without their parents. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children in all areas of the Regional Park, as well as in the RV Park.
Speed Limit
Speed limit within the RV Park is 5 MPH for all vehicles. Bicycles and pedestrians have the right of way.
Pet Policy
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your unit. Please clean up after them. Do not walk your pets in the playground areas, as it is unhealthy for the kids. Be considerate of others who are not animal lovers. Do not leave your pets tied up outside when you are not in your unit.
