Set in Old Town Scottsdale, this three-story mall can be a stop during a city sightseeing tour, or make for an all-day excursion. The upscale experience is mostly indoors, with an abundance of large windows that let in natural light. An on-site concierge is on hand to help with amenities such as transportation options, including a free trolley that runs throughout the city of Scottsdale and stops at the mall. There are also seasonal events held here.

It’s about a 30-minute drive from downtown Phoenix to the mall.

Scottsdale Fashion Square is open Monday through Saturday from morning to night, with shorter hours on Sundays. Keep in mind that individual store hours may vary. You can expect the biggest crowds on the weekends and during the holiday season. Mall hours may differ during the holidays.

Old Town Scottsdale still maintains the city’s Old West look and feel, and serves as the home for institutions like the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Museum of the West, and the Scottsdale Historical Museum. In addition to Scottsdale Fashion Square, shoppers can also browse stores selling Southwestern and Indigenous American art and jewelry in Old Town.
