Here you will get in touch with the great history of Armenia through the magnificent architectural ensembles that surrounds the square. After freshening up with natural spring water coming up right from the ground, you will head to one of the oldest parts of the city. Walk by the Moscow Cinema towards the Opera and Ballet Theater. Not far is Freedom Square, also known as Opera or Theatre Square. This square is one of the most popular places for local young people to relax, skate, or bike. In Freedom Square is also Swan Lake. The lake's history is closely connected to the Opera Theatre and serves as another spot for relaxing or meeting locals. Continue on your walking tour to French Square and the park of the Yerevan State Conservatory where you will reach the Cascade Complex
