Overview
With Irena you will learn cooking and preparing techniques that can easily be repeated at home. This is an interactive demonstration: seafood from A to Z: preparing and filleting seabass, a secret of fish soup, preparing mussels (in season only!), seafood pasta, raw fish dishes and seabass by Irena Fonda recipe. You will learn, discover and taste an authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

- Chilled water with/without herbs by glass, unlimited. The water is not bottled, but fresh. We have excellent quality of tap water and do not use bottled water for sustainability reason..
- All ingredients, utensils and recipes.
- Lunch/dinner, depends on when you start.
What's not Included
- Available to buy - white wine (high quality local producers).
- Mediterranian caviar - bottarga tasting available on request: 10 EUR per person.
