In this laid-back, beginner-friendly class you will go from a pile of potatoes and flour to a plate of pillowy homemade gnocchi tossed in a rich brown butter sauce with crispy sage, fresh asparagus and a bright hit of lemon. Along the way you will pick up knife skills, dough technique and the deeply satisfying knowledge of exactly how brown butter is supposed to smell before you pull it off the heat.
