- Health and Safety Guidelines For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that anyone with the following conditions does not participate in the tour: • Pregnancy • Heart conditions ・Epilepsy • Diabetes • High blood pressure • Ear, nose, or throat conditions • Respiratory conditions • Asthma • Pneumonia • Currently taking medication • Feeling unwell due to alcohol consumption or a hangover If any of the above apply to you, we’re very sorry, but participation in the tour will not be possible. We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.

- For customers participating in diving activities: Due to the increased risk of Decompression sickness, flying after the tour is not permitted. Guests who have a scheduled flight after the tour will not be allowed to participate. Thank you for your understanding.
