Generations of Czarnecki family members have learned to forage and cook with mushrooms as their focus, and current chef, Christopher, is no different. The “chef’s whim” or “omakase” style menu is imaginative offering mostly local flavors. The mushroom “tasting” and the cheese cart are noteworthy selections.
