Chocolate is the theme at this chef-owned bistro in the outskirts of Leesburg. The setting is lively, yet intimate with seating around the bar and in the dining area, where guests can watch candies and desserts made in the glass-enclosed chocolate lab. Subtle of use of chocolate is used in preparing seasonally changing entrées; choice might include short ribs, pan-seared salmon or a braised lamb shank. The list of hand-crafted cocktails is extensive and of course chocolate is used in some.
