Located in the Arts District, this is the perfect place for a pre theater meal or post museum gnosh. Peruvian cuisine is known for its gastronomical abundance and Asian influences. You can sample everything from the array of ceviches, empanadas, churrasco and stir fry’s, including the classic lomo saltado. Adventurous eaters may want to try the anticucho, or marinated beef heart. The restaurant has an extended coffee menu, perfect to accompany the delicious plantain dessert. A stylish stool bar with TV is available for those dining alone and the parking garage next door offers free parking for Tayta guests. While they do open early on the weekends for breakfast, they also close after lunch on Sundays.
