This orchestrated omakase experience has a lot of ceremony with the parading of whole fish and other ingredients along with a tea presentation finale. Much of the fish is flown in from various parts of Japan and around the globe. All bite-size, there is a variety of appetizers and nigiri, about 20 or more. Each dish has its own delicious preparation and is explained by the hospitable and attentive kimono-garbed servers. Japanese wine, sake and beer are on offer.
