The chef has put together a menu which seems familiar but is out-of-the-ordinary with amazing flavors. Think charred zucchini with sesame and soy marinated egg or curry udon with short rib and tōgarashi spice. Almost all the menu is suitable for sharing with interesting snacks, light and airy tempura, hand rolls and cold or hot udon dishes. There are also some larger meat and fish concoctions.
