Founded by Bing-Yi Yang and Ms. Yang in 1972, this renowned Taiwanese dumpling house has built a loyal following around its handcrafted Xiao Long Bao. The first North American location opened in Southern California in 2000, introducing diners to the restaurant's signature soup dumplings, which are made in-house daily and offered in a variety of styles. Favorites include the Chicken Xiao Long Bao, chicken dumplings, pork fried rice, and garlic string beans. The lively dining room is almost always buzzing, with waits common even during mid-afternoon hours. Traditional recipes, classic Taiwanese flavors, and expertly crafted dumplings make this a destination worth the wait. Park in the Simba Parking lot for discounted parking.
