The chef showcases his talents with a seven-course tasting menu. Additionally, there are a range of menu choices including soft shell crab, braised short ribs and confit duck with a poblano mole. Top your meal off with a moist "tres leches" cake. Service is exquisitely delivered. For the late night crowd, the restaurant is open until 2 a.m. Thurs-Sat.
