Our experience at the hotel was very good. Friendly and informative staff made our stay pleasant. Only surprise was the unexpected convenience fees that was added to our bill as we checked out! Poor customer service.
I would not recommend booking through AAA. I paid in full in advance for my hotel reservation, but apparently AAA just makes their reservations through Expedia so the hotel charged me an additional fee and tax of $35 without authorization. The hotel would not remove the charge when asked about it. For the 'real' price and service, the hotel stay was not worth it.
