Everything was lovely regarding the room, restaurant and staff. I was concerned for my safety, however. The stairs lead out to the street and it didn't appear there was a security lock to get inside. There were used ******* on the stairs, beer bottles, and *** on the wall. No security locks to get to our level either. I spent all night worrying that creepers were out in the hallway, waiting for someone to open their door. Management and Coorporate needs to FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY, the many fees they charge here should at least pay for some locks!

Great location near transit. Worst dinner menu I have ever seen for a hotel restaurant.. Beds comfortable but bedding excessive and in the way, nice pillows though. Bare floors were sticky. AC noisy. All in all ok but not great.

Relocated to another hotel due to a sewage leak. Prior to our trip was advised by Staypineapple staff that the cost per room was over $625. This was double the price AAA Travel had quoted. Never again!
