The hotel very clean and staff was friendly. We were only there one night but enjoyed the comfort.
We have not received housekeeping service since our arrival. The first day it happened, I called the front desk to report the issue and was told I had not requested it at check in. I was not told I had to. I said I wanted that service and the following day, still no service. I took my trash out and had to seek a housekeeper to find fresh towels. I asked again for housekeeping for the remainder of our stay. We will see. Also, the shower lacks a safety rod.
Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is centrally located to many of the places we wanted to visit.
