Christina at the front desk was so friendly. Vivian and Allison kept our room awesome. The location was perfect. The grounds keeper (Jake , ?)was so helpful. Eleanor kept the common spaces so clean. And the breakfast ladies kept then buffet full and nice!
We had serious air conditioning issues. The room was either too cold to function or so hot we were melting. Maintenance came 3 times. Could get it to work for a while, then it stopped again. To be fair, staff gave a small refund, but it ruined the experience.
