Located at the base of the ski mountain, the hotel features a tall atrium housing the lobby and restaurant. Accommodations range from standard hotel rooms to upscale condos in separate buildings. Please note that elevator access is available only in the main building, while most condos require stairs to access. The resort offers recreational activities and events year-round. Guests will love the heated outdoor pool, hot tub and surrounding fire pits. Smoke free premises. 247 units, some condominiums. 7 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Despite the "Resort" title, it is still very much a basic Remada. Nice location, pleasant staff. Nice to have a shuttle, and and access to a downtown bus. Everything is an extra charge! If you have the outrageously expensive buffet (an excellent selection) and want tea instead of coffee, it's an extra $4, on top of the base $28. 20% tip is automatically added, even on the buffet. Advertises "microwave" under room amenities - yeah... downstairs in the laundry, though you do get the fridge. You must request daily housekeeping & bed making for your room, and that is sketchy (took 2 days for the toilet to be cleaned). Tub was old, heavily chipped but touched up. Restaurant has a nice view, but a very limited and unchanging menu. Acoustics very loud. Would I stay there again? No. Not worth it.

We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The facility and room was excellent. It was walking distance to downtown and close to rand Teton National Park.
Great hotel. We went during off season and got a room on the top (7th) floor which I was happy about. I still am very happy about our stay but just know the water pressure for the shower was low and it took a while for the hot water to get up there. I had to let the water run for a few minutes before it got hot.
