We arrrived at midnight and it took 30 minutes to get keys for the room. There were dead bugs in the light fixture over the register area. They had apparently cleaned the carpet recently and left the air off in the heat causing a very pungent odors. There weee dead bugs in the bathroom with dirt throughout the room. As we entered the hotel at midnight there were people loitering around the pkg lot making it difficult to get to the office

Pool is closed, doesn’t tell you that on the website, noisy kids in room next door, -they were unable to change our room -saying they were completely booked.
