The staff at the Sea Club Resort is superb! Professional, courteous, & top notch. The main lobby & pool area are tidy & in decent shape. The view of the ocean was fabulous and we could see it as we exited from our room. The free parking with nighttime security amazing. The location was terrific... Walkable to shops & restaurants plus the beach across the street. The rooms themselves are dated & have fallen into disrepair. The cleaning staff can only do so much with broken, chipped, missing & stained items. (In example our room had missing baseboard segments, extremely old and worn carpeting, chipped & dinged up walls, outlets that plugs fell out of, & a lamp that didn't work. We also saw some bugs two mornings in the bathroom . We were a little surprised that a hotel in such a dilapidated state was on AAA website.
Coffee maker didn't work, soap scum on bathtub, burnt hair inside hairdryer, rug was not vacuumed and dirty.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good value for the price
