The lock on my door was technically broken but still worked, there was no chain lock for the door and the fan in the bathroom was half fallen out of the ceiling. Also the elevator was terrifying to use. Location was good for a quick/last minute vacation (without the family) and the room itself was clean and having an indoor/outdoor pool was nice if you didn't want to/ can't go in the ocean (which was right behind the hotel). Also, loved the balcony connected to the room.
