I had to get two rooms the first room the bathroom door would not close and the bathtub was not clean from a previous customer. The second room was good because they upgraded me to a better room but I did not like that I had to go downstairs to get towels the staff would not bring towels.
Where to start….. air conditioning is blocked by armoire so not a lot of fresh air flows, and it leaks water which is now causing the floor to warp and crack. You can see some water damage/moisture in bathroom walls and baseboard’s. The night we stayed the fire alarm kept on going off and off all night long which cause the elevators not to work (we were on 4th floor). Not enough electrical outlets to be able to plug in your phone to charge, not enough lighting so room looks dark… those are just a few of what i noticed. Wouldnt stay here again
