    This is such a lovely place to stay. Central to everything, including the waterfront, downtown area. Skytrain station for Canada Line, Millenium Line, Seabus and West Coast Express all within a block of the hotel. Hotel is nicely decorated with comfortable suites, a nice outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna. Staff and very nice and professional, first rate. Breakfast is very good.

    I felt like a very valued guest at Pan Pacific. We were there from 3 days and the streaming did not work on the television. A huge disappointment. We registered our complaint daily and always got the same answer—-“we’re working on it.” We checked with the hotel when booked to make sure Netflix was available cause we relax every night watching our shows. A $50 account credit for 3 nights was meager at $500 a night for our room
