I needed a place to stay that was close to the train station, and to an office where I could pick up a rental car in the morning. The hotel is just a block from the Avis office and only several blacks from the train station. The staff and room were lovely - the prefect solution!
Valet parking attendants and doorman were amazing! The check in staff was very helpful and the cleaning staff were very respectful and attentive!
The hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed the accommodations both in and around the hotel. However, they need to provide better options for self-parking. The garage next to the hotel charged $20 every time you entered/exited the garage no matter how long you parked there. The only other option was valet at $34/day. Sorry but I'm not a fan of valet parking. I think charging $20 to park in a garage less than a day is ridiculous and borders on gouging. Completely unnecessary.
