Terrible! Horrible! Transients hanging around, several abandoned vehicles parked right in front, unbelievable. Only stayed one nite, checked out next am. Do not refer anyone else there, not THIS La Quinta. I have photos.
I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. It is awfully dirty, unsafe, homeless ridden, open windows with things hanging out. Please beware it does not and is nothing like the pictures. If you care about yourself and anyone you are with please do not rent a room here. The staff thought the hotel status was funny and shrugged in a smug (“we already have your money”) way, management was not present, and the corporate parent company Wyndham would not provide assistance in making any accommodations. Please heed my warning DO NOT book a room.
The bed was not uncomfortable, but the nearby bathroom was annoying since the malfunctioning toilet flapper caused the water to run on and off all the time. My last morning I was met with no hot water. The person at the front desk told me the boiler went down, so guests would be reimbursed 30% of the room charge. And I reported - for the second time - the broken toilet.
Will never stay there again! Poor customer service....should be reimbursed
