This historic property (the tallest building in Key West! ) has been beautifully restored with every inch of their relatively small guest rooms optimized for both style & comfort. The 7th floor has oversize suites with beautiful water views and extra amenities. While there is a daily resort fee, it includes a $15 F&B credit, a daily mojito or mocktail tasting, bicycle access, beach chairs/towels, and enhanced wi-fi. The 3rd floor courtyard overlooks the pool & outdoor bar, offering hammocks, patio seating, and lawn games. Smoke free premises. 160 units. 4-7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The hotel was under renovation while we were there. Consequently the fitness room was not open, the rooms were not made up until late and it was noisy. On the plus side, the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They deserve a gold star!⭐️
The hotel & our room was so cold. We tried to turn the a/c up but didn’t seem to make a difference . Location was really good. Right down town, Easy to walk to everything from hotel!

The hotel is undergoing a renovation so there were some detours when entering and exiting the building. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be on Duval Street (which I did) The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Way too much construction going on to charge the prices they were charging. Half of the hotel was inaccessible, and those that were had to make detours around the property.
