Some guest units are designed as swim-up rooms. The spa offers various treatments and is open daily 8 a. m. -8 p. m. Live entertainment is offered most nights. I can't wait to come back next year! Happy Shuttle ( Round Trip) picked me up from the hotel and took me right to the hotel door step This was my first time at this hotel and from initially showing up to the end of my stay everyone was so kind. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. I had an issue with the air conditioner in my room, called the front desk and they sent someone right way to fix it and also offered to switch rooms. I chose to stay and told them lets try to get it fixed if not I'll switch rooms. Luckily, it was fixed an I didn't have to switch rooms. The food was great, though I wish there was more of a choice in room service, also the restaurants should allow guest to take food back to the room. Other than that, everything was amazing and I had such a relaxing stay.
