Very good staff. Good restaurant. However, two issues one major one minor. Laundry facilities were terrible and ineffective. More important for us, the toilet could not be used by a person in a wheelchair and my wife had to use the public facility.
The rooms were nice. The bathroom could use an update of a better flushing toilet with elongated bowl & a grab bar in the tub to facilitate entry & exit from the tub. The parking was $10 more & not mentioned when applying for the room. To exit the parking lot you needed to flash your room key which did not always work easy.

We would have really liked some minor servicing of our room. We do not need / ask the hotel to make our beds, but we could have used more shampoo, more coffee / tea / sugars and clean towels and the garbage picked up from our room. It would have taken staff 5 minutes to do so, but after spending the day in Door County, we wanted to have a good rest, but the room was a mess for the reasons mentioned above
