Given a disabled room, not request. The room needed a roll-in shower and there was not one. The whole bathroom was flooded when my husband took a shower. The hotel offered rolled up towels to stop the water flowing the next time we showered. The breakfast was not good and overall it was not a good experience. We were not asked how our stay had been when we left, or if we had any problems. It will be a long time before we use Hyatt again.
First room had a moldy angel in the bathroom and the second room's tub was stopped up. For a Hyatt property those issues should have already been addressed
