My room only had a small issue with a light hanging by its wires. I reported and said that I didn’t want to change rooms. The free breakfast listed on AAA was nonexistent. Breakfast is $11. When I asked they said it happened in May, but the websites haven’t changed the info yet.

Very nice hotel! Spacious room, conveniently located to FDR museum and Vanderbilt mansion.
Excellent as always wonderful service!
Shower door was broken. Cheap plastic flatware at breakfast made the hotel feel cheap.
