Hilton Palm Springs was a delight to stay there. The staff at the pool were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious.

Not accommodating for family emergency, hotel hallways smelled like sewage, paid for a pool view (did not get pool view), and was told we would have to take a room with one king bed for our family of five even though that is not what we booked. After some back and forth we were finally provided with a room with two beds.
