Aging hotel. No hot water

The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly, but like any stay it had its issues. First the bathroom door lock was new. My 15 year old got locked in the bathroom without the door being locked, so that required maintence to come and install a new lock. Not a big deal. Then, as I got changed for bed I noticed the floor was damp. I thought I spilled something so I ignored it. But then I went to get something out of my backpack and the backpack was soaked. Back to maintence we call. They come down and it turns out the ice maker on the other side of the wall had a leak and was coming into our room. So, they moved us to the only vacant room on property (according to the maintence guy). That one also had issues with the bathroom lock (would stay shut unless you slammed it). The location was close to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA.

Okay location. A little far from things other than Busch Gardens. No microwaves in the room. Expensive okay breakfast. Great service at the desk, clean roomy rooms... Would possibly stay again if was going to the park.
