The front desk staff was super helpful! We needed a ride to the airport the following day and we were referred to an excellent taxi service. The pool was a nice treat after a long drive from Yellowstone and it was open late. The breakfast was also nice and well stocked.
The hand towels in our room were dirty when we went t use them. They hand not been changed from the prior customer. The tub had red mold and the floor was dirty.
We're disappointed of the cleanliness issues at this hotel. We will follow up with you directly via your contact email regarding this.
No Pickup at airport for 12:00 midnight. Elevator service on just one end of building. Long walk to room for elderly. Room had just 1 towel. Two persons in room. No bath soap. Water scolding hot when turned on.

The only thing was the lights in the room would not work. I had to get the maintenance man to fix it. They did it right away. I had to check out early and they wouldn't open up the refrigerator so that I could get a sandwich out. No breakfast that day.
