Comfort Suites West Warwick Provi

Disgusting!! Will never stay here or a comfort suites again! I got to check in and most hotels have someone that greets you when you walk up to the counter… not this one. I stood there and had to acknowledge the staff myself. After I say hello, silence. I am shocked how this is going, never had a hotel experience like this. So I say I need to check in, since clearly he is not asking me. Get to our room. Fridge is broken & smells gross, sheet is dirty, couch has big stain on it. We go to leave and the door is busted! You have to slam the door for your door to actually close, by the end of our stay the door would barely close properly. You could barely get the door to click to close after pulling, slamming anything. The hall smelled of pot, smoke, perfume, it was disgusting. My son wanted to swim in the pool. He was all excited, goes to jump in there is massive piles of hair! Tons and tons of huge piles of hair! Clean the pool. So unsanitary and gross! I can’t tell you when the pool was cleaned last with the amount we saw. Needless to say he would not swim which was a draw to this hotel over another. I regretted it! The breakfast was so so looking, not much for choices, loud small area. Stay was not worth the money I spent. The room was loud. Not worth staying over at all. Never again!
