Comfort Inn

The staff is not customer service oriented: when we arrived we were given two keys that did not work in the room door, when asking them for towels that were missing they said we'd have to wait until the next day for housekeeping (bought some paper towels to hold us over), when carbon monoxide/smoke alarm started chirping every 15 seconds they said we'd have to wait until the next day for maintenance, when we asked to be moved to a different room they said they could not do that even though the hotel was definitely not full (we had to pull the battery out of device and unplug it to make the chirping stop so we could get some sleep), parking lot resealed and striped over a 2-day period, but they never communicated that this work was being done to 3/4 of the lot (we found out when we got back to the hotel later in the afternoon that this work was started and luckily got the last parking spot which was the last 1 out of 12 available), water leak notice taped to the breakfast room of the building the first morning we were there so no breakfast served, desk chair so unstable that husband nearly fell backwards out if it and when we asked for a new chair they said they couldn't give us a new one even though hotel was not full, and there were other smaller problems we could add to this list. Please do not make reservations for anyone at this hotel. It was horrible and not a pleasant experience.
